We help districts create policies, practices, and structures that support quality instruction.

Our one-on-one work with district partners helps school leaders, administrators, coaches, and teachers work collaboratively toward a shared goal of student achievement. We work with dozens of diverse districts – large and small, urban and rural.

• In Newark Public Schools, we’ve helped central leaders, principals, and instructional coaches agree upon a common vision and language for high-quality instruction using our 5 Dimensions of Teaching and Learning framework.
• In Seattle Public Schools, we’re helping central office leaders and staff focus their work on the improvement of student learning.
• In the Anacortes School District, we’re working with administrators and teachers to develop an evidence-based, field-tested 5D teacher evaluation process.
