We realize how critical it is to provide coaches, content specialists and administrators with the skills necessary to support teachers in ways that intentionally influence classroom practice. It is for this reason that CEL's research-based 5 Dimensions of Teaching and Learning (5D) is comprised of the core elements of what constitutes effective teaching.
