Online: Creating an Action Plan

Refund requests for online courses must be received no more than 7 calendar days after the date of enrollment in the course. A full refund will be made for all requests received within this time period. No refund will be made for requests received more than 7 calendar days after enrollment.

Refund requests for programs or workshops with in-person attendance must be received at least one month before the program start date. A full refund will be made for requests received within this time period. Requests received less than one month, but more than 14 calendar days, before the program start date will be subject to a $50 service fee. No refund will be made for requests received 14 or fewer calendar days before the program start date.

You may request a refund by calling (866) 577-8066 or sending an email to edlead@u.washington.edu. Be sure to include: your name; the name of the program, workshop, or course; the reason for requesting a refund; your phone number; and your email address. Failure to include all necessary information may delay processing.

You will receive an automated email message confirming your registration. The email will include instructions for logging on to our membership site, where you will be able to access information about the event you are registering for.
