This section does not detail specific coaching structures or strategies, but does contain documents to show to some degree how the instructional facilitator, Susan, coordinated her time and efforts.

In keeping with the “few, some and all” framework for staff development, the coaching schedules will help show to what extent Susan worked with Debbie, the Language Arts (LA) teacher who received intensive classroom coaching from CEL, and some other LA teachers.  

There are also some documents that show the instructional facilitator’s planning and connection to staff development with the whole staff:  walkthrough schedules and debriefs, and one example of Susan as a resource for curriculum work (skill proficiency planning).
