Stephanie Bradford joined the University of Washington Center for Educational Leadership (CEL) in July 2019 as a project director. Stephanie manages district partnerships and provides instructional leadership support for teachers, coaches, school administrators, and district leaders. Prior to CEL, she served as director of improvement community for an early literacy state network, dean of instruction, instructional coach, literacy coach, reading specialist, and as an elementary, secondary and post-secondary classroom teacher in urban, suburban, and rural areas. Stephanie finds joy in developing instructional leaders and teachers to reach their full capacity by fostering a strong educational pedagogy that in return yields strong student outcomes. Stephanie will complete her doctorate in education leadership specializing in reading, language, and literacy from Concordia University Chicago in May 2023.
